Join Zachary Daniels, an international business driving innovation across multiple areas, as an Assistant Buyer. This is a pivotal role in creating on-trend products that customers can't live without.


As an Assistant Buyer, you will:



  • Monitor daily sales and weekly trade, driving actions to optimize categories
  • Present Monday trade notes and key actions to the team, including the Head of and Director
  • Collaborate daily with the Merchandising team to ensure rebuys, phasing, cancellation, and newness via OTB
  • Liaise with the supply base in a clear, concise, and polite manner, building and growing relationships
  • Gather initial costs for new styles and negotiate fairly
  • Support the Buyer and Designer with sample briefs and daily admin tasks
  • Research the market for the latest trends, influencers, and social media movements in fashion
  • Monitor the market for new promotions, collaborations, or launches
  • Manage the critical path, communicating delays to the team and proposing solutions
  • Manage samples and approval processes, attending fit sessions and assisting with production samples
  • Support the Buyer with supplier meetings, lessons learned, and range build meetings

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 + benefits, including hybrid working, discounts, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and a pension.
