HR Officer
An experienced HR Officer is required to join this busy Manufacturing company across their two sites.

Based mainly in Ledbury, with travel to the Evesham site each week, you will be a proactive member of the HR team, supporting the HR Manager across the business.

Previous experience across the HR spectrum including TUPE transfers, redundancies, recruitment etc is required.
Taking responsibility for engagement surveys and ensuring engagement levels are high across both sites
Managing the training matrix and process and responsibility for site apprentices
Managing the full recruitment process including administering, supporting and coaching managers through the process
Ensuring all HR policies are implemented
Maintaining HR systems
Producing accurate monthly HR reports
Supporting the monthly payroll process
Strong numerical ability in order to assist with payroll
Start date - ASAP
