We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategies for talent retention and employee engagement, and implementing performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote safety awareness and implement health and safety policies in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • A deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Able to handle complex employee relations issues and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification.
