HR Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our Corporate Resources team at Service Care Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the recruitment and employment process, ensuring all documentation is issued in a timely manner.
  2. Conduct pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
  3. Process changes to employee contracts, including grade, hours, and terms of employment.
  4. Advise managers on recruitment and selection processes, including safeguarding checks.
  5. Provide support for HR self-service systems and liaise with Payroll for transaction processing.
  6. Assist with workforce change administration, including data handling and correspondence.

Requirements:

  1. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  2. Practical experience in HR and recruitment administration, with knowledge of HR/payroll interface requirements.
  3. Proficiency in using computerised HR systems, such as Resourcelink and Workflow, along with Microsoft Office.
  4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes of transactions.
  5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with managers and staff.

About the Role:

This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, working 37 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
