**Responsibilities**:** Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the distribution and implementation of engagement surveys across the sites.
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process including coaching managers to ensure process is followed effectively.
- Monitoring the absence efficiently including holiday planning ensuring service levels are met.
- Providing employee relations advice and administration to department managers.
- Support the HR Manager with Performance Reviews and the annual salary review.
- Producing monthly reports including headcount, absences etc.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process ensuring all people data is up to date and accurate.
