- Raisers Edge (RE) database details checked with caller, record call on RE
- Transferring fundraising calls to Fundraising Team with details of enquiry
- Transfer all other calls with details of caller, reason for call.
Fundraiser Registrations
- Register & set actions
- Individual entry
- Batch entry
- Merchandise despatching using online booking system
Gift in Kind
- Register Gifts on RE
- Photograph donated gifts
- Investigate value of gifts
Gift Aid
- Record Gift Aid Declarations in RE
- Gather Gift Aid documentation for monthly Gift Aid Claims to HMRC
- Follow up with Donor's (GDPR compliance allowing) who do not have a Gift Aid declaration in place
Banking
- Completing Donor Cover sheet for cash & cheque donations
- Counting cash & completing Cash counting sheet
- Completing Donation Recording sheet
Recording donations on Raisers Edge fundraising database & Xero accounts package
- Monthly standing orders/regular givers
- Direct payments through bank account
- CAF cheques
- Charity Giving bank payments
Thanking
- Handwritten thank you cards for cash/cheques donations
- Handwritten thank you cards after events for Online fundraising pages
- Thank You certificates for schools, groups, businesses & children
