Reception and Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our reception/admin team in an established city centre practice with 8,300 patients.

Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional support to our doctors and patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process prescriptions, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice, including filing, photocopying, and mail management
  • Participate in practice recall systems and other administrative tasks as required
