Responsibilities:

As a Service Desk Analyst, your primary task will be providing crucial technical assistance to employees across various sites. Your role involves managing support queries through phone, email, and chat, swiftly resolving technical issues, and minimizing disruptions to business operations. This position necessitates robust communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric approach to effectively support a diverse workforce.

Essential Skills for IT Support Technician:
