Job Title: Resident Services Manager

  • Efficient service delivery for residents using technology and managing a team for consistent services
  • Full-time, permanent role based in Blackheath, London

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technology like Resident Information System and Knowledge Bank system
  • Manage a team coordinating equitable services and support for independent living
  • Develop people management skills and ensure efficient team functioning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Customer Relations Management software, and various computer systems
  • Understand the needs and opportunities for older individuals to live independently

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent people manager and communicator
  • Competent in using computer systems and databases
  • Empathetic with exceptional customer service skills
  • Diverse background with a passion for working in the charity sector
