What you'll do
Notting Hill Genesis' Care and Support service provides a supportive and caring environment which allows our residents to achieve their goals and aspirations, in an independent living environment, with the support and encouragement of our staff.

We are recruiting a Leasehold Officer to join our Supported Housing service in West London. The role is predominately based at our service in Camden and will also cover two Supported Housing services in Ealing.

How you'll do it
As Leasehold Officer, you will be the key NHG contact for anything relating to your residents' homes. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, offering an empathetic and personal housing service. The responsibilities include:

Delivering specialised leasehold management services, ensuring that Service Charges and Ground Rent are collected and following Notting Hill Genesis' arrears proceed to recoup all outstanding funds.Working with our internal Teams to set and monitor the Service Charges.Assisting in the sale of a property, as and when required, and working with our internal Teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition process.Being the key contact for anything related to the leaseholders and their home, whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with all leaseholders.Maintaining the communal areas including reporting and managing repairs in line with Notting Hill Genesis' policies, procedures and standards.Working collaboratively with our internal Teams to provide an efficient and productive service whilst providing an optimum service for our leaseholders.Attending regular Team Meetings to share knowledge and information whilst providing support and motivation to the Team.Ensuring a safe working environment by diligently conducting health and safety checks in line with Notting Hill Genesis' policies, procedures and best practice.
