About The Role_

You are in charge every detail of the organisation and logistics of the conference - if you love organising, this job is perfect for you From liaising with speakers, sponsors, delegates and accounts departments, you are the organisational hub of the event

What Will I Learn? Be Doing? Be Spending Most Of My Time On?_

  • Planning, administration, executing and project managing all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues and all things operational from day one of the event
  • Interdepartmental collaboration and liaison to hit logistics deadlines
  • Delivering outstanding experiences for our customers within the allocated budget
  • Researching new venues and onsite experiences to put the customer front and centre
  • Maintain strong client communications and relationship building in the delivery of sponsorship and exhibition deliverables
  • Excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests
  • Sourcing new suppliers and costeffective solutions
  • Liaising with accounts departments, chasing payments politely and paying invoices
  • Postevent customer communications and account management
