The Role
Stannp is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, to join our finance team.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will work as part of a busy and dynamic small team, in a broad role that primarily focuses on accounts payable but with a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Managing the Purchase Ledger and ensuring correct invoice authorisations are in place, against PO and delivery note
Management of weekly payment runs
Sage finance system updates
Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
Filing invoices electronically
Data entry
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required, to support the Accountant.
Attributes
Bookkeeping Experience is Required
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of Accounting Terminology
