The Role

We are currently seeking a Business Admin Apprentice to join the dynamic Regeneration and Development Team at North Devon Homes. This team spearheads various projects aimed at enhancing North Devon, with upcoming initiatives set to deliver 70 new homes by April 2027. As an apprentice, you will play a key administrative role in supporting these development projects while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for new property developments, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

- Assist in managing the company's purchase ledger system for work, goods, and services procurement, from raising purchase orders to confirming receipt of completed orders.

- Aid in the seamless handover process for new properties, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and proper filing of records.

- Support daily inquiries within the team.
