We are now recruiting for a Head of Product.


The purpose of this department / team is to be responsible for managing product through the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising customer and business requirements and insights, defining the product or solution and working closely with departmentsacross the business to deliver success.


Main duties of this role are:

  • Create timelines and owning the Product Roadmap for the overarching product strategy to ensure timescales are achieved to bring to market or decommissioning activities.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI.
  • Develop robust testing criteria is produced and recorded along with tolerance of what constitutes a go to market or hold approach.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Assess current product offering across the Group inclusive of acquisition and make recommendations as to future planning
