Job Purpose:

The Mobile team consists of industry specialists whose mission is to enhance revenue within this sector, manage existing accounts to sustain revenue, and provide exceptional service to our clients. The Business Development Manager role focuses on establishing new client relationships to drive revenue growth within this department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve activity-based KPIs and collaborate with decision-makers to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on all IT products and services.
  • Effectively manage contract negotiations and finalize deals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Analyze market information, competitor activities, and client feedback for strategic sales initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B outbound sales of mobile products and services.
  • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial team settings.
  • Proven ability to achieve new business targets and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
  • Quick understanding of new technologies and their business implications.
  • Resilience and determination in a fast-paced environment.
