These positions will focus on named opportunities in Central Government, Local & Regional Government, Public Health & Care Sector, Blue Light Services, Higher Education and Public Housing Associations.

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating new business in Public Sector accounts.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced, agile but well-structured sales environment that is regularly reinventing itself.

Account Executives will be supported by and need to work closely with, the Market Development, Partner Development, and Marketing teams as well as our partner community, to build a pipeline of new business opportunities which they can successfully transition into new customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are self-motivated, collaborative and hungry for sales success.
Identify sales opportunities and the strategy in assigned Public Sector accounts
Identify and implement strategies to sell solutions into new accounts
Work with the Partner / Channel Development team to develop and execute against account plans
Develop and execute against sales activity plans to achieve the agreed targets
Manage Business Administration by generating the reporting of the Key Performance Indicators and general CRM housekeeping
Sign up to and execute against a set of end-to-end sales methodology and process
Monitor and report on activities while providing relevant management information
Number of net new qualified opportunities added to the pipeline
IT or SAAS sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Storage - but not essential)
Successful experience with new logo acquisition and customer management – meeting and exceeding quotas in fast-paced sales environment
Strong experience and contacts within the UKI Public Sector community
Understanding of Public Sector contracts, cycles and their buying processes
Solid knowledge of sales process including MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger and Spin Sales Process
