Express Recruitment are looking for a hard-working professional to join their client's busy service desk as a Customer Service Administrator.

In this role you will be required to assist with any administration tasks and build rapport with external contacts on a daily basis, as well as working closely with engineers to book services.


This role is a full-time, office-based role located on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre; the working hours are 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

There is onsite parking available and is a great public transport location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound phone calls and handle customer enquiries efficiently
  • Liaise with Engineers, external suppliers, and 3rd parties
  • Improve customer service experience and build client relationships

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Confident using IT platforms including Microsoft Office
  • Able to build rapport with customers and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication on all levels
