We're a small and friendly team based in Carlton, Nottingham.


We offer Fire Risk Assessments for all types of premises, from communal areas for residents' associations to large retail companies, care homes, schools and property management companies.

Customer Service Administrator role

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Provide customer quotes
  • Negotiate assessor and client availability
  • Organise assessment bookings
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Proofread reports
  • Keep accurate records
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service
  • Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.


You must have a number of years experience of working in a customer service environment (preferably in more than one organisation).

The ability to multitask is a must You will also have experience of working in small businesses and have an understanding of small business culture.
