Reporting to the MP Skills Industry Team Leader, you will perform a variety of customer and office administrator duties including taking calls from customers/ supplies and contractors, taking bookings for a number of MP Skills products.

In addition, the jobholder will be required to undertake, the production of MP Connect cards, printing certificates and updating spreadsheets and the customer relationship management system when required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, exceptional listening skills, to understand exactly customers' requirements. Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations. Ability to work in a busy office. Good level of English, and to be presentable. IT/office skills are essential and being prepared to work as part of a team. Reliable and flexible.
Monday to Friday

  • Required to work Saturday's once a month
  • Saturday hours are and lieu hours to be taken the following week
28 days holiday allocation + bank holidays

Salary:
£5.28-£10.42 per hour
