Our client, a firm of Solicitors based in Leeds, is seeking a Marketing Manager with Business Development Management skills. The company operates internationally and across the UK, supporting high-growth organizations at the intersection of technology, creativity, and commerce.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused, creative marketer ready to transition into a management role with a passion for their work.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

  • Line management of a small team of 2;
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with internal professionals, and regularly reporting on campaign performance;
  • Lead the creation of a research-based annual marketing report;
  • Devise, create, and distribute content including articles, podcasts, and digital mailings;
  • Manage social media channels and create content;
  • Managing HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate recording with the team;
  • Identify and engage external technology useful for business development;
  • Manage and execute internal business development program for technical staff

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, PR, or a similar field
  • Previous experience as a Senior Executive managing 1-2 individuals, ready to take on a Marketing Manager role
  • Prior B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a legal setting
  • Campaign and social media reporting experience
  • Content development through digital marketing platforms
  • Search engine optimization and website best practices
  • Hubspot experience required
  • Additional experience with Google Analytics 4, WordPress, and Google/LinkedIn Paid Ad campaigns is advantageous

This role may involve travel to other company sites in the North and Cambridge.
