Position Overview

Invenia Group is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Portfolio Marketing Manager. This position entails overseeing a designated range of prominent pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of marketing for the product range, emphasizing successful commercial launches of upcoming products.
  • Lead and execute strategies for the growth and direction of the portfolio, ensuring that all essential performance metrics are achieved, with a strong emphasis on sales and profitability through the execution and assessment of the marketing strategy and product launch initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
  • Proven experience in a comparable position within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Familiarity with product launches, encompassing both pre-launch and post-launch activities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation capabilities.
  • Confident, articulate, and persuasive in approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Methodical and analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.
  • Proficient research skills with the capacity to identify and gather necessary information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders.
