Role Overview:

In the capacity of Financial Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in influencing the financial stability of this innovative firm.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include generating precise and insightful management accounts, delivering valuable financial insights, and aiding in strategic decision-making initiatives.


Core Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts for the organization
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Support the month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a solid background in management account preparation.

You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of conveying complex financial information clearly and concisely. Experience in a marketing or creative sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:
• Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in management account preparation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
