We have a full range of Accountancy services aimed at such businesses, including Wealth Management.

We have a new vacancy for an Office Administration Assistant based at our York office.

Your typical duties will include:

  • Various administrative tasks
  • New client set up
  • Document management
  • Simple processing for payroll and accounts department
  • Assisting the firms marketing team
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Receptionist duties in the afternoons and some mornings to cover for absences and holidays

What we need from you:

  • General administrative background
  • Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
