Package: £70k basic + Uncapped OTE

A leading b2b media company focussed within the tech space is seeking a highly driven individual with a proactive attitude to excel in a leadership position within their events & digital sales team.

They are recognised for their talent and best practices to produce an unrivalled portfolio of digital advertising, live and virtual event partnerships.

The company has a culture of success, achieved through the team-work and structured training programs of the high achieving people within the business at all levels.

The role

You'll be instrumental in the implementation of operational focus within the business, inclusive of reporting, monitoring, onboarding and pipeline management.

You will review and improve the existing processes and raise the bar of this high performing team, with an insatiable technical focus.

Who we're looking for

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid background in live events sales management and who is now looking for the next strategic step in their career.

You'll need to able to demonstrate:

  • A thorough understanding of digital advertising media inventory and live and virtual event
  • partnerships
  • Considerable achievements against challenging sales targets
  • Understanding of various 'best practice' sales processes
  • A track record of effective people management
  • A proven methodology of team recruitment, induction, training and development
  • A driven, commission hungry attitude
  • Gravitas and leadership
