An exciting opportunity to join the Digital Product and Experience team as a Digital Product Technology Specialist has arisen.

The Digital Product & Experience team is responsible for crafting innovative and effective customer-facing products that will redefine the future of the airline industry.


What you'll do:

  • Support and manage additional core technologies that underpin Digital at BA.
  • Coordinate and deliver adhoc initiatives that improve our ability to trade and optimise in Digital channels, including trialling new technologies and changing operating processes.
  • Own the daytoday operation of our technologies by driving workflow, ensuring compliance and supporting with BAU requests.
  • Support the Senior Digital Product Technology Specialist to drive adoption of technologies and embed appropriate and optimum usage.
  • Be a key point of contact for BAH, IAG Tech, Digital Product teams and Marketing teams for specific technologies.

About you:

  • A creative problemsolver, with the ability to remain positive in the face of uncertainty and make effective decisions.
  • Experienced in operating thirdparty online technology solutions ideally including Adobe Experience Cloud/Ensighten tag management, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics and/or APM/RUM tooling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate to a varied audience.
  • Previous experience of working in a Commercial insight/analytics role is desirable.
