**Role: Process Automation Specialist**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Understanding detailed steps performed in current processes.
- Designing effective solutions and choosing the right technology.
- Ensuring timelines, requirements, specifications, and standards are met.
- Adhering to standardised planning processes, documentation, and approaches.
- Providing training to help teams automate processes quickly and autonomously.

**What You’ll Bring to British Airways**:

- Expertise in developing software solutions in an Agile/DevOPs environment.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath or MS Power Platform.
- An open mind and adaptability to transformation.

**Your Experience**:

- A numerate, scientific, or law-related degree or equivalent experience (desirable).
- Proven hands-on experience with automation tools.
- Knowledge of developing software solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.
