The Digital Product & Experience team within British Airways is responsible for creating customer-facing products that are innovative, effective and will change the experience of flying for the better.

We’re investing in building a first-class product team and are looking for a dedicated Digital Experimentation Specialist to join us.

**What you’ll do**:

- Guide our product teams on how to validate hypothesis/new features, ensuring that we’re able to gain insights about whether changes are meeting customer needs and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to run experiments that enhance the experience for our customers and deliver on our commercial goals. Your role in this is to:

- Define the appropriate hypothesis and supporting metrics.
- Manage the experiment through build to go-live, ensuring that we are collecting reliable data.
- Analyse the data and generate meaningful insights that are documented and understood across the teams.
- Collaborate with research & analytics functions to ensure that our product owners are building backlogs that are informed by a comprehensive understanding of our customers, using both qualitative and quantitative data.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Experience of AB Testing / MVT with a tool like Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimise, Oracle Maxymiser etc.
- Experience analysing experiments data (through statistical analysis) and reaching conclusions and recommendations.
- Clear communication skills when delivering your points of view through data insight, and customer impact (being able to explain complex concepts in a simple way to a wider audience
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and you have the ability to work with teams face to face as well as remotely.
- A positive attitude in the face of uncertainty and an ability to take clear decisions in a fast-moving and pressurised environment.
