Administration and Operations Assistant

Three Counties Tyre Services LLP


We are looking to recruit a Administrator/Operations Assistant to join our busy and successful family owned business based on the southern outskirts of Milton Keynes.


The successful applicant will be required to support the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the service arm of the business.


Key responsibilities will be general bookkeeping and office administration to include:

  • Pricing and invoicing
  • Data entry
  • Reporting on Excel
  • Entering job information onto customer web portals
  • Filing and various ad hoc office duties

The individual we are looking for would ideally have the following experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excel and Word experience
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Methodical and thorough with a good eye for detail
  • Confident, enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable
  • Must work well under pressure under your own initiative and as part of a team

Please note that we are located in a rural location away from public transport routes therefore own transport will be required

Hours Of Work:

8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 8am pm Saturday
