Responsibilities of Account Manager:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers, providing them the best of customer service, upholding the companies standards and reputation
  • Provide tracking and delivery information to other sites and customers
  • Building and maintaining great relationships with a variety of customers
  • Track and monitor customer KPI's
  • Liaise with partnering sites and platforms to ensure customer care
  • Other adhoc operational / administrational tasks to support Site Manager
  • Preferred experience within a Customer Service / Account Manager role in an industrial environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly
  • Presentable person with i mpeccable telephone manners
  • Great IT skills, including with the use of Microsoft software platforms
