Salary: £61,110 + (depending on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:
  • Act as the primary interface with the business and programmes for all aspects of Hard, Soft and Floorspace service provision at Warton & Samlesbury sites
  • Ensure asset availability and performance is commensurate with the business demands to minimise cost and programme implications of service interruption for Warton & Samlesbury sites
  • Day to day management and operational interface with Shared Services to ensure safety, uptime and optimum quality of Warton sites and facilities in respect of its Hard and Soft Facility Management Services
  • Leadership and accountability of the Warton Unit Accommodation Team in delivery of both strategic accommodation, planning and moves management in line with the Air footprint strategy, tactical accommodation moves in response to request from Warton Unit customers, sponsoring and delivery of improved office landscapes to improve productivity and industrial floorspace planning support service
Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Strong operational management skills
  • Experience of Health & Safety regulations and best practices
  • Budgetary Planning and Financial Management Skills to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Emergency response and Incident Management experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning and project management experience

Desirable:

  • Membership of The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM )
  • Engineering background degree
  • NEBOSH and/or IBOSH qualified
