Atlas Recruitment Group is seeking a Continuous Service Enhancement Manager to become a vital part of a leading Aerospace & Defence firm, operating on a hybrid work schedule from their Warton facility.
This esteemed organization delivers a wide array of products and services to governmental bodies, covering domains such as Air, Land, Sea, Cyber, Electronics, and Space. This particular role will focus on the Air division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Continuous Service Enhancement related to the AIR-ERP service.
* Maintain and evolve the AIR ERP service model along with its process documentation.
* Coordinate and integrate support processes across various service providers.
* Provide regular reporting and status updates to the management team as necessary.
* Assist in cost reduction initiatives.
* Facilitate service reviews and ensure that agreed service modifications are effectively managed through to implementation.
Required Background:
* Experience in service-oriented roles within IT Support Processes.
* Proven Project Management skills.
* Expertise in Senior Stakeholder Management.
* ITIL certification is highly desirable.
