We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist. Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive specialist physiotherapy input, including assessment and treatment programmes for patients with complex needs.
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice, ensuring that our service is aligned with the latest research and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in the NHS as a Physiotherapist, with a focus on respiratory inpatients.
- Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary team dynamics and evidence-based practice.
