About the role
We have a great opportunity to become an apprentice within our Strategic Customer Research & Engagement Team.
We are looking for someone to support with the delivery of NWG's customer research and engagement strategy by gathering views from our customers and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be supporting on the administration aspect of research and engagement, ensuring documents within shared areas of the team are stored, organised and efficient.
You will also support on administration aspects of the customer research and engagement initiatives. For example, the use of various software including surveys and mass emails, and engagement methods including using "Flo", our customer engagement, vehicle who we take to community events.
As part of our wider team, you will help facilitate conversations with our customers on our online community.
Alongside this role, you will undertake an agreed Level 4 qualification relevant to the role.
About you
We're looking for someone with a sparkling personality, who will be comfortable engaging with our customers. You will be a great team player.
You'll have familiarity with a broad range of communication and engagement channels. You will have good written and verbal communications skills too – we're looking for you to be able to demonstrate that you can 'think on your feet' and hold meaningful conversations with our customers.
Your organisation skills will be first class and you will have a good eye for detail when checking documents and research materials.
You will be able to write clear reports and commentaries, and you will have an awareness of how to analyse data to identify trends.
**We are looking for successful candidates to commence their apprenticeship with us in September 2024.
The successful candidate for this role will not be employed directly by Northumbrian Water, but by our apprenticeship partner ATA. **
