Job Title: Quality Services Apprentice

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Services Apprentice. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our examination processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claim learner certificates with Awarding Organisations and other bodies
  • Schedule online and paper-based exam entries and log/distribute results
  • Plan the invigilation of examinations in line with exam board requirements
  • Act as an invigilator as required
  • Ensure the storage, security, and distribution of exam papers adhere to Awarding Organisation guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data relating to examination entries and results
  • Administrate quality results and findings as required
  • Monitor, update, and distribute PPED data as per agreed deadlines
  • Provide support for EQA visits as required by Moderators or Quality Managers
  • To book standardisation meetings when required and to keep an updated list of all activities
  • To provide support with the complaints process across the business
  • To log all moderation activity
  • Keep an updated list of approved qualifications and direct claims updates
  • Record all External Quality Assurance visits and reports and distribute to the relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with Awarding Organisations as directed
  • To provide support for all customer voice activities
  • Contact previous learners to identify their status, destination, and further opportunities
  • Engage with employers who have our apprentices and identify the job progression status after completion
  • Offer additional IAG, next Steps, and other alternatives to learners that can support further progression opportunities particularly for the transition 'from unemployed to employed'
  • Contact learners for case studies and sharing success news stories across the wider business
  • Provide accurate reporting on learner destination and progression outcomes to meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Review and analyse collected exit data and plan to contact and report on learner progression within touchpoints thereafter
  • Provide coverage of tasks for other members of the team as required
