We help businesses receive payments either through POS systems (the ones you tap your card on) or online (ecom). Recently listed in the top 50 fintech start-ups by Beauhurst.


We are one of the largest Paas (platform as a service) and SaaS (software as a service) services providers to multinational Acquirers and Banks; processing over £900million a month with over 90,000 terminals servicing over 60,000 customers across the UK & Europe.


Our team is made up of eight subsidiaries (and counting), DNA Payments, 123Send, Optomany, Opto KZ, Active Payments, EFT Solutions, Kwalitas, FPMS and Card Cutters.

There are 300 of us spread across our head office in London, regional offices across the UK and Kazakstan.

The opportunity
As an Associate for the Onboarding team, you will report to our Onboarding Manager within our Customer Onboarding function.

You will join a highly motivated team and be part of a growth business working with colleagues who care about our customers.


What you'll be doing
Processing the Merchant onboarding process for clients and partners, which includes account setup & change processes

  • Maximising right firsttime processing.
  • Support sales teams queries by ensuring best practice in relation to sales processes to ensure a smooth & prompt journey for our Merchants
  • Identifying & fixing errors in the. Onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with departments to reduce Merchant processing delays & outages.
  • Continuously improve quality metrics to drive right firsttime boarding. Working on systems such as Salesforce, and the onboarding management system to support our customer base.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passionate about driving an optimal Client experience.
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong background in customer onboarding or sales support
  • Strong time Management & prioritisation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to contribute individually & as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy.


 Systems experience
  • High to intermediate Excel competency, Salesforce CRM system, Order management system desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment.
  • 2 years Administration or Onboarding experience.

Working hours: 37.5 per week
