You will work closely with a team dedicated to showcasing the benefits of our technology to businesses of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, educational institutions, and government agencies.

We are looking for a B2B Programme Marketing Manager to join a team focused on demonstrating our client's technology advantages to a diverse range of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives based on the approved regional strategy, in alignment with the regional marketing programme and cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns to boost customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement through various channels like conferences, seminars, and educational events.
  • Create and analyze marketing programs targeting new accounts in the corporate and mid-market segments.
  • Analyze campaign data to gain insights, improve demand generation, and enhance marketing qualification rates for corporate and mid-market accounts.
  • Leverage AI to enhance campaigns and elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers for executing region-wide campaigns.
  • Coordinate creation and adaptation of campaign assets for each program.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies for campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Work with the marketing automation team to handle leads via the CRM system.
  • Review and assess campaign success based on client requirements and specific timeframes.
  • Share best practices and insights gained from campaigns.
  • Research and suggest innovative campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with country managers to refine campaigns and enhance regional outcomes.

Required experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid B2B marketing experience in a Cloud or IT enterprise environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, including event management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and international project handling.
  • Field marketing expertise, particularly in event execution.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales and GTM stakeholders.
  • Advantageous to have experience in AI automation or marketing machine learning.
  • Data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in 'Salesforce' backend data management.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
