The Job


This is a great next step for an experienced B2B conference and Events Marketing Executive to step into an Events Marketing Manager role and work with a talented Senior Marketing Manager and CMO.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering marketingcampaigns for a portfolio of B2B conferences and events and associated marketing products.

The portfolio is varied and includes; flagship LSE (live), hybrid, digital, webinars, fireside chats and more. The events are based in the UK & internationally.

Thisrole is fully supported by a great mentor and has huge potential for growth in line with company expansion plans.

As the Events Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in collaboration with the Conference Producer leading the portfolio you will design and deliver the content and events marketing strategy
  • Campaign planning and activation
  • Website Management, Social Media Management, SEO, PPC and SEM
  • Developing media partnerships
  • Relationship Management internal and external
  • Data Analytics and monitoring
  • Preferrable Software & tools experience
  • HubSpot / CRM systems: Wordpress / CMS systems, Google Analytics, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram, Google Adwords

Your background and experience:

For this Events Marketing Manager position, we're looking for an experienced conference and events Marketing professional that enjoys campaign and project management


With solid experience creating and delivering digital and social media marketing campaigns, analysing and understanding data management and insight analysis reporting.


You will be highly organised and a strong communicator who can work independently whilst collaborating with internal teams to maximise the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.


We are looking for a marketer that has good attention to detail and the ability to work calmly to tight deadlines.


  • Proven work experience as a b2b conference and events marketing executive
  • Excellent understanding of direct marketing and digital marketing concepts, channels and best practices
  • Uses data to inform and optimise marketing campaigns
  • You'll have experience of using CRM systems, marketing automation software, CMS system such as Wordpress and google analytics.
