We are recruiting for a
Call Handler to join our team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls to our customers and support the sales administration team.

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Provide excellent service to all of Allied Mobility's and Cab direct customers.
  • Answer inbound calls from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
  • Dial outbound calls to Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
  • Make sure that all customers' data and files are up to date.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • To carry out any other duties that are required to help support the sales admin team.
To be effective in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. Previous sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment.

Hours of work are
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and the salary is
£24,453 PA + bonus.
