We are recruiting for aCall Handler to join our team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls to our customers and support the sales administration team.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Provide excellent service to all of Allied Mobility's and Cab direct customers.
- Answer inbound calls from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
- Dial outbound calls to Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
- Make sure that all customers' data and files are up to date.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- To carry out any other duties that are required to help support the sales admin team.
Hours of work are
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and the salary is
£24,453 PA + bonus.
