Responsibilities (an illustrative list of tasks):

  • Administrative & Strategy
    • Conduct initial assessments on learners for appropriate guidance.
    • Ensure learner eligibility and completion of onboarding paperwork.
    • Maintain precise learner records for audits and quality control.
    • Generate detailed reports for stakeholders and partners as requested.
    • Monitor and report on learner progress and outcomes.
  • Coaching & Collaboration
    • Provide a superior experience for potential learners.
    • Collaborate with managers to achieve set targets.
    • Adapt to changes in contract requirements.
    • Enhance sales opportunities by leveraging a deep understanding of products and services.
    • Support the transition of learners into operational delivery.
    • Collect and implement feedback for continuous quality improvement.
    • Assist in learner progression and employment support.
    • Maintain strong relationships with delivery teams for successful outcomes.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Level 2 functional skills in English, Math, and ICT.
  • Experience
    • Engaging with learners through friendly and professional communication.
    • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and target achievement.
    • Proficiency in IT and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge & Skills
    • Detailed understanding of Employability Programs and funding regulations.
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to forecast and exceed targets with effective stakeholder management.
