Currently, the company's 6,000 employees spread across 50 countries all work towards a common goal: to sustainably and efficiently keep the world in motion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruiting and hiring candidates.
  • Processing 2 bureau payrolls monthly for around 350 employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, hours worked, overtime, deductions, pensions, and bonuses.
  • Maintaining employee data in the company's HR systems, including payroll and time management systems.
  • Monitoring and updating precise employee work and absence records.
  • Handling onboarding processes for new hires and exits.
  • Submitting tax codes and expense changes as part of RTI submissions.
  • Supervising pension schemes and contributions.
  • Carrying out annual salary reviews, bonus distributions, and P11Ds.
  • Generating payroll-related reports.
  • Providing HR management reports.
  • Assisting the HR department with administrative tasks such as organizing annual medical check-ups, creating reports and management data, and managing employee communications via emails and letters.

SKILLS

  • Prior experience in a similar role, whether in recruitment, HR, or payroll.
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills.
