Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the organisation.

  • Partnering with hiring managers: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, define job requirements, and outline candidate profiles.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates: Utilising various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing: Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organisation.
  • Applicant tracking system management: Managing the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information, as well as tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring activities.
  • Recruitment marketing: Developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the organisation's employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Candidate assessment and selection: Administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
  • Offer management and negotiation: Extending job offers to selected candidates and managing the negotiation process to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Candidate experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and effective communication, feedback, and support.
  • Talent acquisition strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements.
  • Market research and analysis: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to proactively identify talent acquisition opportunities and challenges.
  • Recruitment metrics: Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition prepare the monthly recruitment dashboard for the senior leadership team and board.

Overall, this will be a critical role in attracting and selecting highly skilled professionals who align with the organisation's goals and culture. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
