Webbers Property Services a multi-award winning Estate Agents have an opportunity for a part-time Lettings Accounts Administrator, based in our Head Office in Barnstaple.
Ideally, you will have previous experience dealing with basic bookkeeping/accounting requests or will have previous experience working in an admin-based role reacting to customers' needs.
You will be managing high volumes of tasks at any one time, so you must be able to manage your time while being extremely attentive to detail.
A strong telephone manner and excellent organisational skills are essential.Lettings Accounts Administrator Role Profile
Main Duties include:
- Allocating payments and updating the system with incoming funds.
- Handling Landlord payments and queries.
- Arranging supplier payments including processing invoices
- Chasing Tenants for overdue rents and updating Landlords
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to 2.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break
