What will I be doing?

The Property Management Service is crucial for the smooth running of operations. Our Coordinators are dedicated individuals who tackle challenges to ensure top-notch experiences for our guests and homeowners. This role offers a dynamic mix of field and office work, guaranteeing each day brings new tasks.

  • Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors
  • Addressing complaints or feedback regarding housekeeping standards until resolved satisfactorily
  • Supporting guests before, during, and after their stay, addressing any inquiries or issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating administrative systems
  • Conducting cleaning checks with housekeepers, providing feedback for improvement
  • Offering homeowners suggestions for property quality enhancement after inspections
  • Establishing and managing a network of dependable housekeeping and maintenance suppliers

  • Experience in housekeeping, property letting, or facilities management, or familiarity with holiday letting and guest expectations
