Aufgabengebiet

Als Teil des Teams agierst du als IT Allrounder & bist primäre Anlaufstelle bei allen internen IT Anliegen
Dein Daily Business ist ein bunter Mix aus Serverbetreuung, Helpdesk Support & Betreuung der internen Abteilungen
Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen entgegen und verwaltest das Ticket Management
Weiters bist du verantwortlich für die internen IT-Ressourcen, stellst also sicher, dass die benötigte Ausrüstung verfügbar ist
Skill-Set

Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL / Lehre / Uni / FH)
Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung werden vorausgesetzt
Das Windows Umfeld (Server / Client) sowie Ticketsysteme sind dir vertraut
Eine zugängliche & lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
