Customer Engagement Junior Executive (1st Line Support)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Engagement Junior Executive (1st Line Support) to join our team at Inspiretec.

This role will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our customers, answering support queries via phone, email, and our support desk software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, and our support desk software.
  • Log all calls on our support desk software.
  • Effectively investigate problems in systems and services.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to good service management principles.
  • Allocate more complex calls to relevant support personnel and proactively follow up the status of open calls.
  • Liaise with 3rd party support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
  • Have an understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience of using call logging software.
  • Previous Helpdesk experience (desirable but not essential).
