We are recruiting for a Graduate Sustainability Advisor to join our Facilities Sustainability team on the new UCL contract based in Stratford.


  • A passion for the environment and sustainability
  • Postgraduate in environment or sustainability management
  • Understanding of ISO14001 would be useful however training will be provided
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to input, extract and present complex data to communicate with others

You would be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Sustainability Manager with developing and deploying the sustainability and social value strategy
  • Supporting the development and delivery of sustainability and social value training modules
  • Supporting with the development of effective communications including website content, sustainability reporting and behaviour campaigns
  • Data collation and analysis to enable reporting on a suite of environmental and social value indicators
  • Carrying out audits to check compliance against environmental legislation, ISO1400
  • Helping to develop and update policies, procedures, templates and guidance documents to ensure compliance with ISO1400
  • Working with the bid teams to review environment and sustainability responses
