Role Overview

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and proactive assistance to the commercial management team.

Project Responsibilities

In this position, you will collaborate with senior members of the commercial team to ensure that effective commercial controls are established and maintained. This is essential for securing the company's full entitlements as outlined in contractual agreements.

You will also engage with both commercial and operational teams to negotiate with partners, managing the commercial elements of the supply chain to maximize benefits and create financially advantageous arrangements for Fortem Solutions Limited.

Key Skills Required
  • Proficient in Excel (including a recently obtained QS degree or equivalent training)
  • Experience with Management Accounts
  • Exposure to Commercial Contracting
Personal Attributes

Flexibility in working hours is expected, and possession of a valid driving license is essential.
