About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager Graduate to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with military experience to transition into a private sector career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high
  • Support and lead a team, handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
A Day in the Life

You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

Our Teams
  • The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team are the first point of contact for customers, helping them receive products at the speed we're known for
  • The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team uses air, sea and road transport to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently and sustainably
  • The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment
