Military Graduate Area Manager

At Thegradcafe, we're committed to providing opportunities for military graduates to transition into successful careers in the private sector. As a Military Graduate Area Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team to drive innovation and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team
  2. Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high, and business objectives are met across all shifts
  3. Support and lead a team, handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
  4. Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  5. Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
A Day in the Life

You'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

Our teams are the backbone of our operations, working tirelessly to ensure our customers receive their products at the speed they expect. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  2. Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  3. Relevant experience in performing data analysis
