Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

About this opportunity

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a head of financial services to join our team. You'll identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities by utilising global transactional banking products for both new and existing bank clients, with significantly higher complexity and/or size

Your accountabilities will include:

  • Manages strategic client and customer relationships, typically by using large account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organisation.
  • Provides input into the development of compliance policies, develops underlying procedures and monitors their implementation.
  • Implementing the customer needs strategy for a significant growth area of the organisation, while possibly leading major strategic bids.
  • Represents the bank in a variety of industry and professional forums to promote the value of our brand.
  • Develop long term objectives and lead / coordinate a performance management culture for your business area.
  • Engage with senior business leaders to understand longterm strategic challenges.
